Free parking is available in front of the hotel and in the immediate vicinity. An elevator will take you to your floor.
SHUTTLE-SERVICE
To make your arrival easier, we offer a hotel shuttle service to pick you up directly from the train station, airport or your hotel in Bad Ischl, Salzburg or Munich. Our car can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults + 1 child (including luggage). The current cost is €2 per kilometer of travel. A trip to or from Bad Ischl takes about 25 minutes (20 km), to or from Salzburg about 1 hour (60 km) and to or from Munich about 3 hours (240 km).
CHECK-IN
From 2 pm to 8 pm However, you can make the registration (with photo ID) at the reception from 12 am, park your car at the hotel parking lot or leave your luggage at the reception and visit the café at the bathing beach in summer.
CHECK-OUT
By 11 am on the day of departure. The bathing beach is open for you all day long after you have checked out in summer when the weather is nice. However, we ask that you vacate your parking space for all newly arriving guests. Thank you for your understanding.
DOGS
Bringing your dog is allowed, but we charge a surcharge of € 20,- per night (per dog). This surcharge is not yet included in the room rate. Your dog will be provided with a basket and a bowl. It would therefore still be good to know if it is a small, medium or large dog. He is allowed to come everywhere (e.g. breakfast room and bathing area) as long as he does not disturb other guests. However, he must not be left alone please (e.g. at the room). It is compulsory to have a leash in the whole area.
